We are a Bengaluru-based manufacturer and service provider of elevators, escalators, home lifts, freight elevators, hospital lifts and moving walkways, serving Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

Information on this website, including cost-calculator estimates, is indicative only. All quotations, warranties, delivery timelines and technical specifications are confirmed only after a formal site survey and written proposal issued by our authorised representative.

A formal contract between you and Vila Elevators & Escalators is created only upon signature of a written purchase order or service agreement issued by our office.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Product warranties (where applicable) are as stated in the formal purchase order or product warranty document. No warranty is created by this website or any marketing material. Our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) terms are governed by a separate AMC agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vila Elevators & Escalators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us under a specific contract giving rise to the claim.
